Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles refunds.
- Within 14 days of a payment, for any reason, you can ask for a full refund of that payment. This covers your first payment and every renewal.
- To ask, go to paddle.net and look up your order with the e-mail address you paid with, or reply to your receipt e-mail. You can also write to hello@finalmix.io and we'll pass it on.
- After a refund, your account goes back to the free plan. Your files and links stay; uploads above 5 GB wait until there's room.
- To stop future payments, cancel any time from Settings in your studio. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
